I saw a video of a guy being tasered in youtube and I was wondering how he obtained the footage from the cop car. I live in Florida and I would like to know, just in case I do have a problem if I would be able to request this video from the police.

Whats the song were in the video girls are racing in a car against guys, and at the end a naked girl is wrapped in the final flag and then removes it? i want to know the song but i cant remember the name of it just the video!
