I want to setup some type of wireless or wifi to beam video to people. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am planning to visit Hanoi again, and I am considering going to Laos. Can anyone tell me if this is possible? If so, is a bus travel possible? How much and how long will the travel take? Thanks.
